Hii™ Referral Manager System
The Hii Referral Manager helps healthcare provider organizations automate clinician-patient matching. Designed initially for mental/behavioral group practices, this product can be modified to other healthcare disciplines and settings. It bases matches on brief telephone interviews or face-to-face triage by:
  • Taking clinician information into account, such as expertise, availability, office location, contact data, and insurance accepted


  • Taking patient information into account, such as special healthcare needs, language requirements, personal preferences, and contact data


  • Ensuring equitable distribution of patients to clinicians by incorporating a referral rotation formula


  • Collecting information on referral sources and histories.
And, as with all Hii applications, any individual patient data obtained or generated by the Referral Manager can be stored in secure, portable Hii Electronic Health Records.
